There is no designated parking for participants on the island.
Please use public transportation to access the event.

From JR Hiroshima Station, take the Sanyo Main Line toMiyajimaguchi Station (approx. 25 min),
then take a ferry to Miyajima (approx. 10 min).

🌸By Car
<From the Kansai Region>
Exit at Hatsukaichi IC on the Hiroshima-Iwakuni Road, then take Route 2 to Miyajimaguchi Ferry Terminal (approx. 10 min).
From there, take a ferry to Miyajima (approx. 10 min).

<From the Kyushu Region>
Exit at Ōno IC on the Hiroshima-Iwakuni Road, then take Route 2 to Miyajimaguchi Ferry Terminal (approx. 10 min).

いつまでに会場に行けばいいですか？

A

受付は各種目スタート30分前までとなっておりますので、それまでにお越しください。

受付時に何か必要な物はありますか？

A

2025年3月中旬頃、大会ホームページに参加者リストを掲載いたします。
各自でゼッケン番号をご確認いただき

②参加者名
③ゼッケン番号
を当日受付時にお伝えください。

リタイアしてもいいですか？

A

リタイア可能ですが、スタッフにリタイアの旨を必ずお申し出いただき、ゼッケンに付いているチップを必ずご返却ください。リタイアの場合でも参加賞はお渡し可能ですので、スタッフにお申し出ください。

棄権した場合、参加賞はもらえますか？

A

当日受付にお越しいただいた場合のみ提供いたします。また、受け取りの際に、必ずゼッケンに付いているタグチップを返却してください。

代走は可能ですか？

A

できません。保険も適応外となり、大会にも個人にも大きな影響があるので絶対にしないでください。

記録証は貰えますか？

A

紙での提供はいたしませんが、大会終了後、大会ホームページよりWEB記録証のダウンロードが可能です。

雨天決行ですか？

A

雨天決行ですが、気象状況等によって中止の場合がございます。開催の有無は大会開催当日6:00までにHPに掲載いたします。

中止となった場合、返金はありますか？

A

開催準備にかかった経費を除く形で返金の対応を行います。正式な金額や対応についてはおってご連絡いたします。
尚、個人情報にミスがない等の条件がございます。大変恐縮ですが、確認作業をこちらから行うことはございませんのでご注意ください。※自己都合によるキャンセルの場合は返金いたしかねます。

A

宮島中学校の体育館内にスペースをご用意しております。

男性：体育館
(簡易な着替えを想定して対応できる服装でお越しください)

女性：体育館内の小部屋
(20人程度の小スペースのため譲り合ってご利用ください)

荷物預かりはありますか？

A

1名：300円で70リットルの袋に入るサイズに限りお預かりすることが可能です。
貴重品の管理はご自身でお願いいたします。
